The National 100% Reimbursement Sale

"The National 100% Reimbursement Sale" is another in the amazing arsenal of effective marketing campaigns The Premier Group provides. This campaign is extremely popular with dealers because it accomplishes two fundamental goals:

ONE, it produces a large number of NEW car sales in a short period of time, and,
TWO, it yields a record number of late model, retail-quality trade-ins that literally cannot be gotten at the auction

Many dealers claim that the "100% Reimbursement Sale" was the best method EVER to get their hands on late model trades at a fraction of what they would normally pay to travel to and transport vehicles back from auctions!

Here is how it works:

Typically, The Premier Group uses the dealer's own customer database that includes people who purchased a vehicle from the dealer over 18 months ago all the way back to 5 years. Some dealers also include recent service customers in their programs hoping to convert them into sales customers.

Once The Premier Group receives the dealer database, it is scrubbed against the National Change of Address Registry to ensure accuracy, and to prevent duplicate names. This gives us the most current list possible.

The Premier Group uses a variety of methods to deliver this unique message to its audience.

LOGO Envelope:
One method used when mailing to the dealer's own customer database is the LOGO Envelope technique. Brand-specific logos are colorfully printed on business-size envelopes along with bold text that reads, "IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR 1996-2004 VEHICLE?.PLEASE OPEN IMMEDIATELY." This creates the impression that the piece is a manufacturer RECALL notice and quickly captures the attention of the recipient, who the dealer has recognized ahead of time is an owner of that specific brand of vehicle.


This program also includes the most efficient telemarketing support possible. TPG has aligned itself with a professional organization that has been rated at the top of the telemarketing industry, and has been training automobile dealerships on how to use the phones to generate more business for over 25 YEARS!

Approximately 4 days prior to this event, up to 2500 LIVE PHONE CALLS are made to previous customers to inform them about this incredible event. This powerful telemarketing effort has literally doubled the response of this program, and the dealership can literally review the results of the phone appointments daily over the Internet or via email reports. Another method that is used when mailing to the dealer's customer database or when mailing to prospective customers in the immediate area of the dealership is the handwritten envelope technique that utilizes either postcard invitation or a standard business envelope with live, first class stamp.

The postcard invitation option uses large, 4-color custom-printed fold-over cards that are inserted into matching envelopes and are then hand addressed. They appear to be an invitation to a party, wedding, or some other personal function and get opened immediately by the recipient. In addition, The Premier Group includes a handwritten Post-it note attached to the card with a specific message from the dealer to encourage participation in the sale.

The business envelope technique also uses a handwritten envelope and Post-it note, but appears to be a personal letter and gets opened immediately by customers.
